Provides academic oversight and administers academic policies and procedures for undergraduate programs of the College of Engineering.

This includes providing guidance to faculty and students concerning proper interpretation of academic policies and procedures. Also approves all course validations, substitution of courses for degree requirements, and degree applications for students in the college.

Responsible for training department advisors and coordinate advising functions in the College of Engineering.

This involves the counseling of students concerning their personal, physical, and mental well-being, and advising students about study skills, time management, and their academic and career goals.

Student Services Office manager responsible for supervising and coordinating all services provided. Also responsible for maintaining the official academic records of the College of Engineering involving courses, curricula, and the student record systems (DARS, iSIS, etc.)

Jackie Tweed
Senior Administrative Assistant

Receptionist assuring students, faculty, staff and members of the general public receive the information and services needed. Also maintains the appointment calendars for the Assistant Dean of Student Services and the Director of Academic Counseling and Advising.
