American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES)

The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is focused on substantially increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples of North America and the Pacific Islands in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) studies and careers.

Engineering Ambassadors

The Engineering Ambassadors organization exists to establish relationships with prospective engineering students, represent the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering at on- and off-campus events and encourage the academic, personal and professional development of its members.

Engineering Student Council (ESC)

Engineering Student Council (ESC) works closely with the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering to arrange college-wide student events, promote and arrange communication between engineering student organizations, and connect engineering students to new opportunities.

National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)

The National Society of Black Engineers' (NSBE) mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.

Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE)

The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) aims to grow a motivated and empowered community of those with Asian heritage who have the interest to become scientists, engineers, mathematicians and technologists.

Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE)

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and to impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support and development.

Society of Women Engineers (SWE)

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a professional organization to promote women in engineering. SWE is a national organization and supports women to advance, achieve and aspire during their engineering education and career. SWE is open to anyone and everyone.

Steel Ring Honorary Society

Steel Ring is composed of outstanding upperclassmen in the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering. Student members are chosen from each engineering department based on their leadership, scholarship and engagement. The organization engages with the community at many levels but is best known for its role in hosting K-State's annual Engineering Open House.
