3D-Printed Railway Bridge Competition
Saturday, April 6, 2024 | 8 a.m.-noon
The Carl R. Ice College of Engineering and Rural Railroad Safety Center are challenging high school students to design and print a model railroad bridge that will span 22 inches and carry the heaviest possible train load. Registered participants will be able to compete against other students at the inaugural 3D-Printed Railway Bridge Competition. Teams may consist of one to three students.
