As you can tell, we are very excited about the upcoming challenges in the continued racing of solar cars. However, in order for KSU to have a chance to compete with the best, we need support from people like you.

We are proud of the accomplishments of the College of Engineering at Kansas State University, and we want to build on those successes. We are happy to acknowledge all the fantastic individuals that have helped us so far, and we feel the team spirit growing faster every day.

Solar energy benefits the environment in that it is pollution free. We all must be concerned about the environment, and promoting environmentally friendly technologies shows that you care about the world we live in. This project gives the leaders of tomorrow a chance to work on cutting-edge technology that may some day change the world we know.

Corporate Benefits
The futuristic nature of cars along with the nation's curiosity has made the North American Solar Challenge very newsworthy. Besides the crowds that gather to watch the solar cars in action, there is national coverage given by such networks as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and ESPN. During the most recent cross-country race, CATalyst was featured in the July 2003 issue of Sports Illustrated. The cars are always on display at the races and extensive media coverage is included.

Any donations are appreciated. We gladly accept any hardware or other materials needed for the manufacturing of the car. Remember that all donors will be recognized appropriately.
