| Dr. Richard
B. Hayter is Associate Dean of Engineering
for External Affairs at Kansas State University. A South Dakota State University
mechanical engineering graduate; he received his M.S. and Ph.D. from Kansas
State University. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was executive vice
president of an engineering consulting firm which specialized in energy
management in commercial and industrial buildings. He has been mayor of
Manhattan, KS, and has served as Director of the Kansas Energy Office.
A licensed professional engineer, he was the 1995/96 International President
of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning
Engineers (ASHRAE). |
