Engineering Dean’s Office: First Year Program Instructor - Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited engineering program and three years of engineering experience, or Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited engineering program and Master's in engineering or related area. Experience developing and managing programs or projects; experience in developing college engineering courses and curricula, or experience in working with or training entry-level engineers; experience teaching or training and working with college students or recent college graduates; Master's and/or Ph.D. in engineering, engineering education, or related area, or Professional Engineering licensure preferred. Engineering Dean's Office: Academic Success Center Advisor - Bachelor of Science degree; experience creating and developing programs; experience with college student advising; experience with programs for college student development and improving student academic success; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; Master’s degree in Academic Advising, College Student Development, or related area or Academic Advising Graduate Certificate preferred.
