The College of Engineering at Kansas State University is committed to the increase of the presence of all forms of diversity whether related to gender, race, economic status, or other factors.

  • MEP - Multicultural Engineering Program
    The Multicultural Engineering Program (MEP), as part of the Dean's Office of the Kansas State University College of Engineering, is a comprehensive program designed to identify, recruit, educate, and graduate Black, Hispanic, and Native American students who have an aptitude for math or science.

  • WESP - Women in Engineering and Science Program
    The Women in Engineering and Science Program at Kansas State University is a cooperative effort between the Colleges of Engineering and Arts & Sciences and is designed to cultivate the science and technology interests of women from the middle school through postgraduate levels.

  • ADVANCE - Institutional Transformation Program for Women Faculty in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering
    The Kansas State University ADVANCE Institutional Transformation program is a coordinated campus effort to achieve institutional transformation by increasing the participation and advancement of women faculty in the science, mathematics and engineering disciplines.
