Areas of Interest and Expertise

15 years of coordinating the Voluntary Cleanup Program with the State of Colorado, beginning with its inception in 1994. Versed in all phases of site assessment (Phase I, II) having reviewed or inspected 400+ sites for evidence of releases or evaluating cleanup options. Familiar with cleanup technologies at petroleum sites, chlorinated solvents or hard rock mining reclamation.

After leaving state government, Mr. Walker often served in a liaison capacity between state, federal and local government working in the nonprofit sector. 20+ years of experience with brownfields programs ranging from assessment to cleanup and ultimately redevelopment.
