KS-LSAMP Pathways to STEM

The College of Engineering promotes the success of underrepresented minorities in engineering through the Pathways to STEM: KS-LSAMP program, sponsored by an award from the National Science Foundation (NSF). This program provides scholarships, mentors, professional development and seminars for underrepresented students in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs of study. The program partners with Wichita State University, Dodge City Community College, Donnelly College, Garden City Community College and Seward County Community College to provide activities supporting transfer students to K-State. For more information, visit KS-LSAMP.

Bette Grauer, assistant dean for retention, diversity and inclusion in the College of Engineering, is co-principal investigator and part of the leadership team for the NSF sponsored program.
