What is Chi Epsilon?

Chi Epsilon is a national honor society of Civil Engineers. It was founded in 1922 and today has 129 chapters and over 65,000 members. Our chapter, the 51st, was founded in 1960. Today, about 10 percent of the civil engineering students at KSU are in Chi Epsilon.

What does the Kansas State Chapter do?

Our chapter has several major events every semester. We initiate new members every semester, and with this comes a service project and a banquet. We also have one or more social events every semester, in addition to helping with open house and doing fundraising.

How do I get in?

Students that fulfill certain requirements are selected by the chapter members. Once you have been selected, you will receive a letter and will have the opportunity to join XE after fulfilling several other requirements.
