Economic Revitalization through Brownfields:
Strategies & Free Resources

Cook County, the West Central Municipal Conference (of mayors), and the Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) program at K-State will host a workshop to help communities learn about Brownfields properties and how to fund successful redevelopments through different available resources and will showcase brownfields redevelopment resources and success stories, with a special focus on economic development and transportation.

Who Should Attend? Previous workshop attendees include local government, economic development staff, community grant writers, community groups, real estate developers, commercial real estate brokers, lenders, regional economic development agencies, consultants, and others interested in financial resources for local redevelopment.

Cost: Free! Lunch will be provided (Registration required)
